Friday the 13th

Seeing my babe on Skype just makes my day. I thought I was going to miss her again today and she called me. She looked at me and was like why do you look so sad? I said, because I thought I wasn't going to see you today. She looked at me with a face like, aw! She said I told you I was going to, I'm a woman of my word. 

My gf told me that when we go to visit her mom that I have to say to her that we ate already or we are ordering out. She said her mom can't cook and usually when she does say she will cook it is more of a threat. We were getting into a conversation about our mom's. I told my baby that I didn't want to move back to my parents and that's the reason I was still living at my place. She said that I shouldn't move ever to my parents. My babe was telling me that is why she chose Aberdeen, she's not that close to home but still 4 hrs by plane. She said her mom stalks her and won't leave her alone. She said the reason she doesn't like being so close to her is because her mom still treats her like she's a 10 year old. I can relate to my babe as well. 

We started talking about when she goes to Wisconsin and Boston what will I do. I said babe, I'm going to find a job in Wisconsin and Boston. I told her my company is not only located in Illinois so I told her that I'll ask my manager to move me to hospitals there. I told my babe, that don't worry I've done my research. She said, good girl. I asked her, babe you have relatives in Wisconsin right? She said, well he's friends of the family - she knew him since she was 12. She said she doesn't want to bump into him because him and his family are going to tell her to come to the house for a visit, then they will cook lamb. My baby was like and I hate lamb! Also, the guy has a thing for her and he never gets the point that she doesn't like him. She said he's born here, so he tries to speak to her in Greek and she said he's got this terrible accent. She said that she can't really understand him and tells him to just switch to english so it would be easier. He tells her no, I want to try to speak to you. As my baby is telling me this she rolls her eyes. She said she doesn't want to bump into him because he's going to stalk her. Every time he goes to visit Greece, he tells her you have gotten even more beautiful and asks her out. I said don't worry babe, I'll take care of him. She laughs and says, you sound like the italian mafia the way you said that. She said that if she doesn't end up bumping into him that she will be like, ok this is my girlfriend (so that he can finally shut up). 

She told me that her bff loves me. =] I wasn't sure that she told me to this bff, so I was like you talked to her about me? She said yes, why wasn't I supposed to say anything? I said, no. She was like did you think I was hiding you? I said, maybe...and then I was like yes. She gave me a look like I'm crazy. She said why would I have to hide you? I have nothing to hide. I said no reason, just I dated Greeks and they've always kept me a secret. Even though, I know my baby isn't the type of person to hide anything from people, I have this little insecurity from my past relationship that I think about that. I know I shouldn't have that in the back of my mind, but I can't help it. I love her so much, I'm so glad I've found a person who is so open about us. She doesn't just tell me to specific friends, all her friends know about me. I love it and it makes me feel so great! My baby told me when I get there I'll meet her bffs and other friends. I can't wait to finally be introduced as the girlfriend! <3

So basically that's a short summary of what we have talked about yesterday, as much as I can remember at 7am in the morning.
