My Soulmate

She's everything and more that I was ever looking for in a girl and now we are so attached to one another and there is no turning back. My gf is young, 22, but that doesn't change anything as age is just a number. She's very mature for her age (the young girls that I have always met were actually mature for their age, but others think that because they are younger that they aren't serious and are still immature - they just don't know - sometimes I'd think they are even more mature than some people who are older than them...sad but true). My friend thinks it's hot i'm with a younger girl, as a matter of fact he thinks she's hot and that I always had good taste in woman. Well of course, I can be cocky on this subject because I know what's hot ha ha. Besides the fact that she's hot, she's got an amazing personality to go with. We are pretty much alike so it makes us even more compatible.

As I was talking to my friend about my recent love, I explained our situations. He said that she seems to have a good head on her shoulders and that when people get hurt like she did that it makes them a better person. He said that since she had gone through being cheated and played with that she would have better knowledge of what not to do in her next relationship. He just told me to be careful again and told me that he was so happy that I had found love again.

We talked for hours and hours about my past relationship and my recent one and he helped me understand myself better. I was telling him how I didn't understand why the bad things happened to me and when it did, I became so insecure of myself. I told him that I was thinking if there was something wrong with me? My friend assured me, saying that from a man's perspective that I am a beautiful girl and so easy to talk with and he said to not let anyone else tell me different. So that was pretty much a little summary of our more-than-2 hours convo of life & relationships. It felt good to just vent and be heard. Also to know that I wasn't in the wrong at all.

I'm so in love with my gf; this feeling I haven't felt in so long. The feeling where this ache is in your heart and you can't breathe, but it feels real good. I sealed the deal and we both know that we can't live without each other. She's just so perfect in every step of the way and I'm so lucky to have found her and have her in my life. The song she dedicated to me that I had never heard before is just perfect for us. I love it and all the words are so right about our love and it's simple. I love this girl and she is my forever. I really feel it this time, even more than before!
